July 6, 2003: Study class of "Life scheduling" by Houfu Group
We will have a study class today, Sunday, at Oita GOF House.
A large sunflower welcomes the guests at the entrance hall.

At 10 a.m, Nishinaka, the leader of Houfu Group opened the class with a few words.
The Houfu Group is close from the GOF House. They will appeal how they have been working for life scheduling for recent 3-4 years.
Gotoh has been working for almost ten years and she will talk about how she tries to improve her life by using "Housewife Diary."
She sets up basic time schedule of home keeping and outside working respectively. The diary is very useful to do so, she emphasizes.
Many home workings are displayed in different colors for easy glance. Cooking and food amount control in the refrigerator are major target of this table. She confirms next day's schedule by the family account book and the diary.
A little amount of surplus food preparation will make the busy table richer.
The essence of "Gomoku sushi" will make Chirashi sushi and "Takikomi Gohan (rice seasoned with soy sauce and boiled with meat or seafood, and other savory vegetables.

"I enjoy my busy life", she said.
Each member of the Group reports how they work for life scheduling.

Harada entered GOF four years ago and as she started time scheduling recently because she is working outside.
Torii appealed she can talk with her kids by meals even though she is working in full time.
Shotsuki, with her two studying children in remote area, recognizes the importance of eating in her daily life only with her husband
Gotoh makes important of the breakfast that starts her morning healthy together with the families.
Ogata, the eldest member of Oita GOF, is in poor healthy condition and asked Nishinaka to read her message instead.
Nishinaka talked about how she shares her time to voluntary activities after she saw off her parents.
The class was over successfully.
