July 16, 2003: Senior group meeting
The senior group meeting of Oita GOF was held at a member's home in Kitsuki City.

The house stands on a hill and cool breeze comes through the window.

Foods are brought-in as usual.

Today7s dishes are, from left, cucumber pickles, chopped chicken, Shiitake mushroom, cold egg plant, fried stuffing, yam ground soup, kelps, beans, and others.
Making "Nabe Boushi ", or insulation cover of pot, is today's theme. It will save energy by preventing pods from cool down.
They work very skillfully.
Nabe Boushi may be useful for saving energy. The effect will be measured in some way. Recipes will be stacked gradually.
